How can I refinish my dresser using lime green?
Hi, I still have my all wood dresser set that I had when I was a teen (I'm 32 now). It is a quality item, not like the junk they sell now, but the paint and surface really needs refinished. I love bright colors, especially lime green. Does anyone have any creative ideas that use bright colors, especially lime green. I want something to look unique, yet adult, nothing that looks like it could be in a teenager's room. It is just a standard looking dresser set. There is a double dresser with six drawers and a four drawer dresser. Thanks.
I think people are misunderstanding. I don't want a how-to paint. I want design ideas. Like should I paint the outside lime green and then the drawers a different color
go to a store and ask to look at MINWAX water based wood stains. some adult but bright color examples from that line are green bayou, baltic green, green tea, tender green ... you would have to look at the cans in person not online. furthermore, the store should also have idea brochures (free) that you can take home. maybe minwax has a website that gives a step by step how-to
